Financial Arrangements

1. COMPREHENSIVE PRE-TREATMENT DISCOUNT (does not include problem focused limited examinations)

A discount of five percent, of the total full mouth treatment presented, may be taken if the patient pays, in full, by cash, check, or money order prior to treatment, or no later than the day treatment starts. Credit cards do not qualify for this discount.

2. PAY AS YOU GO

In this instance, the patient can either pay as they go, or pay their portion of what their insurance does not cover which is approximately 60 percent of the total fee (varies by insurance providers). Whatever portion of the treatment the insurance does not cover, is the patient’s responsibility. Should the patient overpay, they will be refunded any overage.

3. PAYMENT PLAN

Should a patient like to finance their treatment, we offer several opportunities through CareCredit which would allow them to borrow money and pay over time. Please ask about our in house financing options including 4AYPlan for your dental treatment needs.

Our treatment fees are valid for 90 days from the date they are presented.

Note on Insurance: We are happy to file the necessary forms to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage. However, we can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we require all patients to be directly responsible for all charges. Our office will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy.
